Warranty Policy
1. Introduction
Puneri Enterprises is committed to providing professional installation, quality materials and reliable support for safety net, invisible grill, mosquito net, bird netting and staircase safety grill services.
This Service Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, exclusions, customer responsibilities and maintenance guidelines for our services.
2. Warranty Period
Puneri Enterprises may offer up to 5-Year Warranty on selected products and installations, depending on:
- Service type
- Material quality
- Product category
- Installation location
- Site condition
- Usage pattern
- Quotation terms
The exact warranty period will be mentioned in the quotation, invoice, warranty card or written communication provided at the time of service confirmation.
If no written warranty period is mentioned, warranty will not be assumed automatically.
3. Services That May Be Covered
Warranty may apply to selected installations such as:
- Bird Net Installation
- Pigeon Safety Nets
- Balcony Safety Nets
- Children Safety Nets
- Invisible Safety Grills
- Mosquito Nets
- Staircase Safety Grills
- Bird Spikes
- Anti-Bird Mesh Installation
- Repair or replacement work, if specifically covered in writing
4. What Warranty Covers
Subject to the warranty terms provided at the time of installation, warranty may cover:
- Installation-related fixing issues
- Loose fixing due to installation fault
- Material defect, if confirmed by inspection
- Manufacturing defect in selected product components
- Premature failure under normal usage
- Support for eligible repair or replacement as per warranty terms
Warranty coverage depends on inspection and verification by Puneri Enterprises.
5. What Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Physical damage
- Cutting, tearing or pulling of nets
- Misuse or negligence
- Children, pets or third-party interference
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Drilling, painting, civil work or renovation by others
- Fire, heat or chemical exposure
- Sharp objects or tools
- Water leakage or structural damage
- Heavy wind, storm, flood or natural calamities
- Falling objects
- Bird, monkey, rodent or animal damage
- Building repair or maintenance activity
- Society or third-party work
- Improper cleaning or maintenance by customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Rust or corrosion due to environmental exposure, unless specifically covered
- Discoloration caused by sunlight, dust or pollution
- Damage due to weak wall, railing, ceiling or structure
6. Physical Damage Exclusion
Any visible cut, breakage, tear, bend, dent, loose part, damaged hook, broken frame, cracked fitting or impact damage caused after handover will be treated as physical damage.
Physical damage is not covered under warranty unless Puneri Enterprises confirms that the issue occurred due to installation fault or material defect.
7. Site Condition Limitation
Warranty is subject to the condition of the wall, railing, ceiling, frame, staircase, balcony, window, duct, terrace or surface where installation is done.
Puneri Enterprises is not responsible for failure caused by weak plaster, damaged structure, cracks, water seepage, rusted railing, poor civil condition or unsafe surfaces.
8. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Installation address
- Service type
- Invoice or payment proof
- Date of installation
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Puneri Enterprises will review the claim and may schedule an inspection if required.
9. Inspection and Decision
Warranty claims are subject to inspection by Puneri Enterprises. After inspection, we may decide whether the issue is covered under warranty.
If covered, we may provide repair, adjustment or replacement as per the applicable warranty terms.
If not covered, repair or replacement may be offered on a chargeable basis.
10. Warranty Does Not Mean Maintenance-Free
Customers must maintain installed products properly. Safety nets, grills, frames and fittings should be checked periodically for dust, looseness, damage or wear.
Any issue should be reported immediately. Continued use of a damaged product may increase risk and may void warranty support.
11. Maintenance Guidelines
Customers should follow these guidelines:
- Do not cut, pull or tamper with nets or grills
- Do not hang heavy items on safety nets or invisible grills
- Keep sharp objects away from nets
- Do not allow children to climb, swing or pull nets
- Do not allow pets to scratch or bite nets
- Clean gently with soft cloth or mild cleaning method
- Avoid using harsh chemicals
- Report looseness, damage or breakage immediately
- Avoid unauthorized repairs
- Schedule inspection if you notice sagging, loose hooks or damaged fittings
12. Transfer of Warranty
Warranty is provided to the original customer for the original installation location. It may not be transferable to another person, property or location unless approved in writing by Puneri Enterprises.
13. Repair and Replacement Under Warranty
Puneri Enterprises may choose the appropriate remedy based on the issue. This may include:
- Adjustment
- Re-fixing
- Repair
- Component replacement
- Partial material replacement
- Chargeable service, if not covered
Complete replacement is not guaranteed unless required and approved by Puneri Enterprises.
14. No Warranty for Unauthorized Modification
Warranty becomes void if the product is modified, removed, repaired, shifted or reinstalled by anyone other than Puneri Enterprises or its authorized team.
