Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to advance payments, cancellations, rescheduling, material orders and refunds for services provided by Puneri Enterprises.
Our services include Bird Net Installation, Invisible Safety Grills, Balcony Safety Nets, Mosquito Nets, Children Safety Nets, Staircase Safety Grills, Bird Spikes and related safety net and bird control solutions in Pune.
By confirming a service booking or making payment, you agree to this policy.
2. Service Booking and Advance Payment
To confirm certain services, Puneri Enterprises may request an advance payment. Advance payment may be used for:
- Material booking
- Site measurement
- Technician scheduling
- Custom preparation
- Transportation planning
- Installation slot confirmation
The balance payment must be made as per the agreed quotation and payment terms.
3. Cancellation Before Material Order
If the customer cancels the booking before material is ordered, cut, customized or dispatched, Puneri Enterprises may consider a partial refund after deducting applicable charges such as:
- Site visit cost, if applicable
- Measurement charges, if applicable
- Administrative charges
- Payment gateway charges, if any
- Any actual expense already incurred
Refund approval will depend on the stage of work and written confirmation from Puneri Enterprises.
4. Cancellation After Material Is Ordered
Once material is ordered, customized, cut, prepared or assigned for the customer’s project, cancellation may not be eligible for refund.
This applies especially to customized products and installations such as:
- Invisible safety grills
- Custom balcony safety nets
- Children safety nets
- Staircase safety grills
- Mosquito net frames
- Pleated or sliding mosquito systems
- Society or industrial bird netting
- Bird spikes
- Custom-size safety net material
Since these materials may be prepared as per site measurement, they may not be reusable for another customer.
5. Cancellation on Installation Day
If the customer cancels the service on the scheduled installation day after the team has been assigned or has reached the location, cancellation charges may apply.
Puneri Enterprises may deduct:
- Technician visit charges
- Transportation cost
- Labour blocking charges
- Material handling charges
- Any other actual expense incurred
6. Rescheduling of Installation
Customers may request rescheduling of installation by informing Puneri Enterprises in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to:
- Technician availability
- Material availability
- Weather conditions
- Society or building permissions
- Safety access
- Location and route planning
If the customer repeatedly reschedules the installation or is unavailable at the scheduled time, additional visit or rescheduling charges may apply.
7. Delay Due to Customer
If installation is delayed because the customer does not provide access, permission, payment, confirmation or site readiness, Puneri Enterprises will not be responsible for delay.
Additional charges may apply if the team has to revisit the site.
8. Delay Due to Puneri Enterprises
If installation is delayed due to technician availability, material delay, weather conditions, safety concerns or operational issues, Puneri Enterprises will coordinate with the customer to reschedule the service.
Such delays do not automatically qualify for refund unless Puneri Enterprises is unable to provide the service within a reasonable time after confirmation.
9. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Payment received but service not confirmed
- Cancellation before material procurement, subject to deductions
- Service unavailable from our side after payment confirmation
- Any other case approved by Puneri Enterprises in writing
10. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Material has been ordered or customized
- Installation work has started
- Work has been completed
- Customer changes mind after confirmation
- Customer fails to obtain society or building permission
- Customer provides incorrect site details
- Site is unsafe or inaccessible due to customer-side reasons
- Product damage occurs due to misuse, physical damage or third-party work
- Customer requests change after material preparation
- Cancellation after technician dispatch
11. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any mutually agreed method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on bank, payment gateway or internal processing timelines. Standard refund processing may take 7 to 15 working days after written approval.
12. Pricing Changes
Service pricing may change due to changes in material cost, labour charges, site complexity, height access, additional work or customer-requested modifications.
A previously shared quotation does not remain valid beyond its stated validity period.
13. Disputes Related to Refund
Any refund-related concern must be raised in writing with payment proof, quotation details and booking information.
Puneri Enterprises will review the request and respond based on the stage of work, actual expenses incurred and applicable policy terms.
